I am doing fabric business in delhi buying from surat. Now a weaver association in surat has blacklisted me. On complaint of a weaver. He claims i am not paying his payment. I have told him i have not received goods and was not delivered to me by transporter. Still he is defaming me . Bcoz of which i am facing trouble in getting fabric. What can i do its been more than 3 years now.

you need to show that the cause of action occured earlier than 3 years and you may take a legal action.
