Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Is there any law in which clearly mentioned that attendance of "mudaiii" is not important if cousil is appear on behalf of mudai then no need to come court and mark attendance and specially when the record in in HC
I am talking about Trial Court Case please send me the law no i need it
