Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I was in a relationship with a boy for 8 months (July 2015 to February 2016). I ended the relationship when I realized that he was emotionally manipulating me to do things that I did not wanted to. Then he blackmailed me that he has my parents contact number and that he will tell them everything. I tried talking to him and ending things on a good note to which he said that he won't bother me but still continues to call and text. I have directly told him that I don't want any contact and asked him to delete my pictures and contact number.

He still contacts me and stalks me on social media even though he is blocked.

What steps can I take ? Please help.

1) Why do u allow him to stoop to such extent? Why didnt u lodge FIR with Police? Immediately file complaint with Police with all available evidences without further delay lest he continues to blackmail u.

2) Preserve all evidences both documentary and record all oral including Email, SMS, Whatsapp, facebook internet chats etc.

3) Consult a local experienced relevant law expert, an intelligent, able Advocate of repute with full facts.
