Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Sir i am consistently getting harrasing phone calls from a number. I am sure these calls comes from my ex in laws to harrase me. Which criminal clause apply to this type of harrasment and what is legal remedy to deal this situation.?

you have to go to your local police station and narrate the whole story in an application mentioning that very number. Section 25-D Telegraph Act is specifically applicable.

you only assume about the people who may have calling or harassing you.first a complaint has to be lodged, different laws applies according to the apparatus used , means wire or wireless social media etc.
