Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hello Sir,

My grandfather purhcase a land for our personnel road from our relative without any written docuement. when we ask them to do paper work he always say that i am still alive no one will interrupt you on that road. And the thing is that the road is attached with right side of their land. Now they have sold their land and buit a construction their with door facing to our road. that means they also use our road which i our personnel only. now the persons who purchased that land say us to not use this road this is our only and i have the proof.

we purchased that road back to 1990 and we have lots of witness of that, but not on paper. so is there any way to stop them or to fence it on our road?

please help me

The land purchase has to be by proper sale deed. An oral sale deed may not confer any right or title on you. Try to reach an amicable settlement and go for proper paper work to avoid disputes in future.
