Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hello sir

My husband took dowry for business thn he kicked me out from his house.

I filed complaint against them and he admited before police that he had take money from my parents and he will give our money back within a year. He voluntarily himself with 2 witness visit to a notary and write same statement on the stamp paper with his and 2 witness sign...on the other hand police was not interested to file f.i.r so that police forced me to take back my complaint

and handed over that declaration to me by taking my statement that Id dnt want to do complain against husband and his family.

Now after a year I hv sent a notice to husband that as per his declaration he had not give us our money and stridhan...so within 7 days give us our money otherwise I will take legal ation

He replied with a notice denying that , he had not take any money and he was forced by me to make declaration.

Thn after finally I hv filed 498, 406,410,323,506 etc. now my case is on my evidence and statement.

So how to win this case ?

1) what evidence I shud produce ?

2) a statement / self declaration on stamp paper is valid or not ?

3) shud I produce that witness who sign that declaration

4) he forced us to give him cash so my parents had broke thier fixed deposit and withdraw cash for him.

5) shud I produce bank statement?

6) I hv call recording too...in which he admited that he had took money

7)Call recording is acceptable in court ??

8) how do I produce call recording in court ? Open drive or cd ? How to pack it for protect it ?

9) how to punish him ?

Kindly help me...as my government lawyer is not good...he dnt take interest in my case..not giving me answer.
