I had joined an i t company which post me to pune due to some skin problem i was not able to work for them and i left the company in one week i was on training period for 3 months and there was 2 years bond now the 1st notice come to submit the medical documents which i submitted in the time period mention by them but again the second notice came stating that i had not replied to first notice, so can a company take legal action against me

Yes, company can take legal action. But you query is incomplete as it is not clear about the conditions of BOND and the mode of post by which u sent 1st notice

We need to go through the documents before suggesting anything ,we need to go through the conditions of the bond.
