Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hello sir,
My father in law is doing illegal practice as a doctor . He was a medical reprentative and treating poor and uneducated people by giving them alopathy medicine injection etc. He recently opted naturopathy p.g.d.n.y.s course certificate..
They kicked me out of their house after looted my parents money as a dowry.. my husband dnt pay a single panyy to me as maintanace.
What shud i do ? M living with my mom since 2 years.
Can i file f.i.r on my father in law for doing ilegal practice as a doctor ?

You can report to medical council of India. You can also claim maintenance from your husband.
