Legal Question in Education Law in India
I have completed M.A.(English) through correspondence in 2012 (2010-12) and also completed B.ED(one year) in 2012 through Regular mode.Are my both degrees valid and if I am eligible to apply for Government services such as PGT posts in KVS and Navodaya Vidyalayas.Recently UGC has permitted dual degree courses in India.Are these valid for someone who have had dual degree prior to 2013 as in my case.Please help me.

1. Yes, your both courses are valid but you had not mentioned the institution from where had accomplished, which will also need to conform you for the validity.
2. Yes, you are eligible for the said vacancies.
3. No, both are not equal but equivalent.
If any one object you to qualify for the same if your course is valid and you are fill filling the criteria of the advertisement, the subject will be prosecutable.
