Legal Question in Education Law in India

Dear sir, we have a family trust registered as charitable trust and running an educational institution with 5 members of the same family in a rented building ,the owner of the building got us vaccated and we dont have any other place to run the school, and as per the trust deed it says we can dissolve the trust with having a strength of 3 turstes can we dissiove the trust ,one turste is always against the rest of the three trustees and an other trustee dimissed 24 yesrs back. the trust has no assets of its own and now non fuctioning
