Legal Question in Education Law in India

We have taken admission in 2007 in B.Ed but exam was conducted on 2009 by the order of Supreme COurt and result was decalred on 2013 1 Aug. And we have applied for revaulation by the order of Vikram University Ujjain, but our result is not yet declared, We come to now that Our answer sheets are disposed off according to Ordinance 5. But Ordinance 5 says that Copy can be disposed off after 6 month from the declaration of Result. So copy should be disposed off after 01-02-2014. But it was disposed earlier. Which affect the future of 50 Studentns. So Waht action and punishement should be given by COurt and how much Compensation we wil get
