Legal Question in Education Law in India
please throw some light on this problem-
the lease was cancelled in september last year. but the suit for the same was not filed. and the lessee after the cancellation asked his bank to stop honouring the cheques of the lessor.but the lessor kept depositing his cheques every month and when they got dishonoured then he filed a suit under sec. 138 of negotiable instruments act against the lessee.and the lessee now wants to file a suit for cancellation of lease deed.
