Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

I have 3 kids (10 years boy, 7 years girl & 5 years boy), live in Bangladesh. My husband sent me divorce letter & went to overseas. Can I apply to the family Court for child maintenance & child custody in absence of him? He had no communication with us at all. Can case be proceed the case without attendance of him?

Yes, you can get maintenance from the person left you here giving talaq. Law can find him. don't worry, anywhere he went, law will ensure your right at the earliest convenient time.
