How can I add my deceased sister's one month old baby as dependent?
My sister passed away a month after giving birth, my brother in law wants the baby to stay with us and grandparents. He wants to go on exit, since he will be alone and won’t be able to take care of the baby he wants to keep the baby in Jeddah.
How can I add the baby under my Iqama as dependent? My profession on Iqama is General Accountant.

the right to custody of the child passes to the nearest female relative of your sister when she died . i e your mother or other nearest female relative. So if the nearest female relative is now under your igama you can add the child but this matter is a question of nessity rather than law. The best solution is to explain the situation to the Igama AUTHORITIES.
