Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Aoa,Sir muje apne husband se khula leye hoe 2 years ho ge hain,mera son 2 months ka tha jb main apne husband k ghar ko chor deya tha,birth se le kr ab tk son mere pas ha,ab mere son ki age 8 years & 6 months hain.

Mera husband muj se mera son lena chahta ha mgr main us ko son nahin dena chahti to is slsle mein law kya khta ha jb k son ki custody ka case bhi meri favr mein ho cukha ha.mera son bhi na apne father se mlna chahta ha & na mulaqat krna chahta ha jb k us ka father zbrdsti court k order le kr us se mlta ha

Kya koi aesa law ha k js k teht mera son us se mulaqat ki izeyt & us k le jane k khoof se aizad ho ske.

Plz reply me main buhat preshan hon

as ur son can not change his mother , same way he cannot change his father. u should encourage him too understand the situation and allows him to have good time with his father as well. there is no law which binds a father to meet or see his son. i hope u understands.
