Legal Question in Family Law in India
Case: The boy married a girl by giving all the wrong information (Job, drinking and drug habits, affair with other girl etc) to the family members of the girl and the girl herself. After 3 months of marriage everything came to light. The girl's sister has a recorded conversation which she recorded face to face of the boy and her girlfriend. The girl's family spent a good amount on the marriage as well. The boy has accepted all the wrongful or fraudulent things done by him. What should the girl's family do in this case so that the such kind of mistreants do not repeat such things in the society. What legal action must be taken?
