Dear Sir, My brother marriage last frbruary,2013.Actually sir My bother wife not obey my brother word and doing misbehave senior. just july 1st she went to her father house. after that her fahter threaatning us to give report in Mahila commssion and dowry case. last week my mother call her to come house but she deny. She always said come take me . what i will do.pls suggest

Firstly, go there and try to bring her back. If she does not agree, send her a legal notice for RCR. If she still does not come, better think of other options like divorce. Try to record her call when she or her father threatens for a criminal case.
