Dear Sir, My sister case is running u/s 125 from 2008, we had moved a application for getting medical treatment charges in Mar2009, that application has been decided on 28May13 and 2700/-P.M. is awarded but it is being given from 28May13 itself while the application was moved in Mar2008, My question is from which date 2700/- should be started as interim relief, Is there any Supreme Court ruling that relief will be applicable from the date on which the application is decided?

Is there any ruling regarding the date for application to be decided, which date is to be taken for interim relief whether date on which application moved or the date on which application is decided?

Please guide me, i have to be moved to file in high court or revision application to be filed against the decided date.

Interim relief should be started from the date of filing of application. First you should go through decision if it is from may 13 then you can file Review or appeal of that order.
