Legal Question in Family Law in India

My name is Deb.. I am 27 years old. From Paschim Medinipur. I lost my father and mother very early. Since then my aunt has been legally appointed my guardian.

Then my aunt sent me to a hostel. My father left a lot of money. My aunt was getting those money. I am being looked after by my father's money.

Aunt even got a lot of money from my father's office.

I later found out that my aunt had left me in a hostel to take that money. Even in my cognitive state, money was taken from me. The one that no longer gave me. They also occupied my father's land.

When I say something, they tell me that they have the stamp paper I have signed. So that it is written that I have nothing to gain from them.

Now my aunt is old. He is now a senior citizen.

Aunt's brain is not working at all. Now my aunt is totally bedridden.

Can I get any legal help in this situation? Can I get legal help to save my father's money?

I am now completely alone. My mental and physical condition is not good at all. I am now completely jobless and helpless.

I need help.
