Legal Question in Family Law in United Arab Emirates
Hello, I got devorce from my wife on 13 Feb 2014.( Kula). She lied to me in a lot of things.she found out that I cheated on her only once and wanted to devorce me . She told me that give her 1 devorce and she will think and come back to me in the 3 months and 10 days time. We filed for devorce and I gave her divorce trusting her and in courts I gave her the custody of kids and no traveling ban even. After devorce she tells me second day that she is with a another man and will not return to me.now I wanna know how I can take my kids .I have a 7 years old daughter and 3 years son.I know she will get married to this guy after the 3 months 10 days time.I am Muslim and she is Muslim.I don't wanna lose my kid to a woman who is like this.plz advice I need to hire a lawyer even

You have not mentioned whether your wife and children are still in UAE, also as to whether she had obtained suitable orders from the Courts from UAE for custody of the Minor children. You may accordingly provide all the necessary information, as only then you can be guided suitably in the matter.
