Legal Question in Family Law in India

In my DVC in the year 2011 court given only 1000/- as maintenance. We went again for appeal then recently court given partial compensation of Rs.2 lacs and monthly maintenance as Rs. 6000/-. My husband may go to highcourt for stay. Before that can go for caveat. In DVC cases CAVEAT can be applied ? Pl. advise me sir.

yes the caveat can be applied and generally stay against maintenance is not appreciated.
