Hello Experts .. My 13B MCD Passed,Where Mother Has No Objection To Continue The Minor Child With The Father,An Mother Has voluntarily Agreed No Visitation Rights Needed,An Clerally Stated That Mother Has No Rights Till The Child Reaches MAJORITY, The Child Is 1.9years. So Can She Apply For Child Custody In Future, Or If I get Married Again,Will She Have Any Rights To My Child, Or Should I File a Case Under Guardians Wards Act For My Child,The 1st Petioner Is The Mother. An Im Divorced Under Hindhu Marriage Act, Can Both Hindhus Go For A Civil Marriage( Notice Marriage)For Solemnize OF 2nd Marriage.. I was Told That Both Hindhus Can Also Marry Under Intended Marriage SPM Act, By Sub Register Office Clerk.. Is This True.

dear client she can ask custody of child any time. u can marry under special marriage act before sub register.
