Legal Question in Family Law in India
my father is very reluctant to give me my share of property because mine was a love marriage. his brothers and sisters are very greedy and they take away all his money. how can i get my rightful share?

If it is self acquired property of your father then he can give it to anybody its his wish, you cant do anything, but if its a ancestral property than you have a right in the property.
