Legal Question in Family Law in India

wife files dvc ,no dv proved still court grants maintenance under 20 d. Husband files appeal in sessions . That since no dv no relief should be granted but no use instead grants two times the maintenance granted by mm court. What justice is this, what can one do in high court. In india

You may appeal in the High Court. However at the interim stage there is no need for the allegations to be proved.
