I have heard I have to make power of attorney. to whom name I can make and then how to proceed. What's the format of power of attorney and how to proceed further. In how much time I can give divorce?
How about child maintenance allowance. If I give divorce will I able to meet my child?
I am quite well off, keeping in view this how much maximum amount my in laws can file as child maintenance. I don't want to give much as they are greedy people.
My father-in-law is famous lawyer, can he make false accusations of dowry, gold etc? all gold with her and there wasn't any dowry. how I can prove this?

No need for PoA. U can send it directly.
You will have to pay child maintenance which they will have to prove as per actual expenditure. Minimum amount is 5000.
Right of visitation to child will remain intact. You can visit him as per terms, which court will decide.
Institution of false claim is something different than to prove it. Your father in law will have to prove each accusation if he levelled against u.

for divorcing your wife there's no need for Power of Attorney but for other cases, like child maintenance and for proceedings to get divorce effective certificate it is necessary if you have to fight your case living abroad.
even if your father in law is a lawyer but he has to prove each and every claim and accusation.
Chile maintenance is fixed keeping in view the monthly income as well as the living standard and up bringing of the child. In most of the cases it's around Rs. 5000/- to 10000/- but in exceptional cases it is some times more than Rs. 50000/-
Lawyer's fee is dependent on work and time according to your satisfaction

Best is that you follow procedure mentioned under section 7 of MFLO.. For following the procedure you need to appoint a person as attorney who will represent you in the concerned union council and give statement on your behalf. Divorce has nothing to do with child maintenance. However, she can file a separate case for that and in that case the amount will be decided according to circumstances..
