Legal Question in Family Law in India
My grandfather had self acquired some property and my father is the only son of my grandfather. My father also acquired some property (self acquired ). My father wants to divide his self acquired and property acquired from my grandfather to his four sons. Can you please advise this division can take place in hindu family.

your father may offer his Self earn property to anyone or all till he alive.
In respect of ancestral property, he had to offer equal share.
