Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

I have filed a suit for declaration of divorce u/s CPC 7(1)b. So called wife already took divorce by way of customary in the present of public notary and executed stamp paper for divorce now she is not willing to co-operate in the court. But she has orally on oath and in written admitted in all proceedings 498,Dv, Family court etc that she took customary divorce. So now i am looking for a judgement order of higher court on granting- Judgement on admission CPC order 12 rule 6. On the same suit of declaration CPC 7 (1)b.

I request you to please help me.
