Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Hi,

I need to ask regarding a serious matter of one of my known person. He have some family clashes and his wife and other children left him. only one daughter stayed with him who is from his first wife. 2nd wife and children left him. Now they are putting really shameful blames on him and his daughter like they have sex relations as well as their step sister have affairs with other guys too. means they destroying their repute. Now 2nd wife and children who have some other notorious guys to help them are threating them that they will put a police case and also report in media that father and daughter have sexual relations as well as the girl have relations with out guys too. and then they will call police and media to make an arrangement of her medical.

I want to know is it some kind of law we have here in Pakistan where police and media do that or not. 2ndly what is the solution of this situation. That man is a really poise man and spend his all life for his children but now those children doing this to him. Where should that guy go for justice ?

dear if he is a poise man then no one can registered any FIR against them. Because medical check up can not conducted without the consent of that girl/daughter.If that girl is major then she can record her statement before police or magistrate about her relation with her father and her statement would be the final statement. for more details you may contact my cell no. 0333-6681494

First of all to restrain them from such kind of threats and illegal harassment these people should file a case in the court of law.

Now if they threat that they will file case against them before Police then police will discharge them during investigation if there would be no evidence.
