Legal Question in Family Law in India

my husband do not allow me to enter his house and want me to file mutual consent divorce because he dont want to pay me ailmony.
i got a call from unknown person and he told me that my husband had filed a fake police complaint against me that he came to my house to took me back but i refused to go with him and i threat him of filing fake cases but in reality he never came to me and did not make any effort to took me back.
instead i tried to call him so many times but he did not respond.
now he is saying that he will not divorce me, not give me ailmony and not take me back.
one of his relative has told me that he has find a girl and he is gonna marry her.
from last two years i m leaving seperately from him because he forced me to go from his house but till now he has not filed for divorce.
should i leave him without ailmony?
