my husband filed a divorce case he stoped attending and i have been attending for one year then judge dismissed the case after this if my husband put a petition for reopening the case will the judge accept will it be possible for him to reopen he is so irresponsible towards the case for one and half year now if he again reopen it is so hard for me to keep on attending why should i keep on attending when ever he reopens is there any solution of not allowing him to reopen the case can i request the judge explaining him my pain
