Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband and in laws ran away with all my belongings same day I delivered baby. I have filled 498A but they all got bail easily by bribe.
In 125 no relief has been given as they have run away from residence so notice is never received and it comes back, same is with DV filed.. I am alone taking care of my baby and don't know how to get relief as they are enjoying all dowry and my money and I am running in court with no financial help. Rather I have got sec 9 notice from them. Is there no justice left now for victims. I am trapped from everywhere.

1) If they avoid notices, the court will follow the prescribed procedure and pass orders.

2) Let ur lawyer pray for immediate interim relief. If they dont obey, it is contempt of court.
