Is the new law of 50% share of wife in husband property wether it is self acquired or inherited is passed or not??

if it is passed

i am having property in my late father name in which there are six heirs five sisters and me so is there any way to save my propertry

as i am facing two cse filed by my wife one is 125 and dv
