Legal Question in Family Law in India
I got married 8 months back without approval of my family. That time they accepted me but now dey torture everyday. Even my inlaws are not happy with this marriage now. My husband cant take a stand and we use to fight everyday. I am exhaust of this life and want to start afresh. what if I decide to go to other new city and restart my life without informing any one? Would it cause any legal harm to my husband?

Why not to inform? Go after informing him. No one can stop him if you don't want to reside there. Go whatever place you want to and then send him a detailed mail as to why u don't want to reside there. Its for future purpose.

You should talk to them and should try to resolve the matter amicably. There is no point in running away if you want to move out and want to start your life afresh nobody can stop you. In case you feel there is no future of this relationship then you should go for mutual divorce.
