Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am married my mother's brother's daughter's son secretly few years ago. I dont know if this married is valid or void. Both of our parents dont know about our marriage. I tried to talk to my father about my intention to marry him but he refused, he said i am his aunt (massi) in relation so I cant marry him. Other problem is we are same gotra. our dads are not related but they are same gotra, our moms are related so they are same gotra.
I know this is confusing, thats why I need help.
Now my parents want me to get marry to someone else, I cant do it because of few reasons.
1. I am already married but they dont know.
2. I love this man so much that i cant leave him.
I dont know what should I do, I am worried about them. My parents said that they will die the day they will find out about our relation.
My other worry is if they will find out they they can prove this marriage void, may be.
Please some one help.
Ques1: What i will need to do if this marriage is void?
Ques2: If it is void, what that mean, I or he can marry again?
Ques3: Can my parent declare this as void ?
