Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi

I am married(Muslim-India) for 4yrs, have 2yr old kid.I have following problems.I am 30 & she is 25. We are staying abroad. I have married sister living abroad.

1. She disrespects / not at mingle / speak with my parents.

2.She use abusing words about them to me, when I ask her to just speak with them. She just ignores them totally when they come & stay with us.

3. Parents are becoming old, where they need their Son care, where my wife soo Stubborn to accept it.

4. She is arrogant, no routine for life. A kind of lazy character, but like to go for job(Now going), House related works, she does for 2 days, then home is mess for another few days.Doesnt allow to keep a servent even.

5. Any disagreement personally occurs b/w us, even if the parents are not with us,she drags their name & abuse about them infront of me.

I had taken her to a Phsycologist, According to him, since there was no genuine reason/ fight happened b/w the parents. The main problem is the way she was bought up,without mingling with people, which makes her react for silly matters which normal people doesnt notice. Abroad bought up girls, problems & she is not ready to change.

This is totally making married life unhappy & fights.Abusing & disrespecting parents makes me loose my temper & we fight.

What is the legal procedure, if she is still continuing this.Even thinking of divorce, since no attachment to a wife, who abuse my parents & disobeying me.

Solution depends upon the fact where u are residing. See, under muslim law,a divorce by triple talaq is valid and binding provided it is done in specified manner and in accordance with law. Under various matrimonial laws, your case falls under cruelty and irretrievable breakdown of marriage. Irretrievable breakdown of marriage has not been recognized a ground for divorce in India, but in many forein countries, it is. Kindly give your location.
