Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi, I came from a middle class family. If I'm saying something about my husband to my parents n brothers they are saying you can adjust.... but 9 years of my marriage I'm adjusting because of my daughter. Now a days his anger was increased n he is beating my daughter also for silly reasons very rudely... my daughter was not willing to go to him.. my husband is a very good human being.. he loves myself n my daughter. But whenever he will get anger we are unable to tolerate the situation....suddenly he will beat, bite(that teeth mark will come)

Pinch( for me it will become black n blood clot will be there n pain will be there for more than a week)

Then he will say that I pinched u little only but happen like this , we should keep you in one museum.

After coming from office, he will open his mouth n ask all the following

whether blood is coming please check it

Please check my leg whether dog bite is there or not

Don't put anklets you as well as baby

If he touch any coins, he will feel that he swallowed those coins..

Daily I'm getting fear about these things...

But I'm unable to Express anybody.

My maternal family is saying don't make any issue. Family reputation will go.adjust yourself.. but now a days I'm unable to adjust...

Whenever he is beating my daughter, I'm getting so much of anger. So, I'm asking my husband to come for psychiatrist for medical counselling, but he is not willing to come there...

PLEASE GIVE ME SOME SUGGESTION ABOUT THIS...

I WANT TO BE WITH MY HUSBAND N DAUGHTER... HELP ME TO CHANGE HIM....

Sometimes, legal offensive actions are helpful in treatment of a sick person like this. At this stage, you may lodge a complaint with local police under Section 498-A of the IPC and also file a separate complaint from your daughter for protection from her father. These meausres may be remorseful for him. There is a chance he may realise his mistakes and seek yours and your daughter's forgiveness.
