Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello Mr. Bharat,

I am an Indian citizen. My husband is a citizen of Singapore and an overseas citizen of India. We got married in Feb.2011 as per the Hindu Marriage act. We stayed in Singapore for 4 months and in California, US for 16 months. In Jan 2013, My husband resigned from his job in US and sent me to India and himself went to Singapore. Now he has send annulment papers from Singapore High Court. What rights do I have now? Which court has jurisdiction? Do I have to go to Singapore to contest? My Husband's ancestral house is in Delhi. My in-laws are also citizens of Singapore and staying there. pls Guide me.
