Legal Question in Family Law in India

A petition has been filed in the local family court under order 39, rules 1 and 2 & Sec. 151 of cpc to grant temporary injunction restraining the respondent in any way interfering with the day to day affairs of the petitioner. The Hon''ble family court in the Docket order has issued ad interim injunction restraining the respondent from interfering with the affairs of the petitioner. But in spite of the Injunction orders issued by the Hon'ble Family court, the respondent is still visiting the petitioner and disturbing and involving the day to day affairs of the petitioner. I want to know, wht the petitioner has to do further for the implementation of the orders of Hon'ble Family court. Pls advice.
