Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir ,my marriage was held in last year june.but since marriage my hushband as well as his family member torching me and demanding car and flat .but initialy i tried to manage situation but day by day they started voilance against me.after that they called my parents and said that untill you will not give car and flat she will not live here.they kickeed out me and my parents. later they had filed a court case that girl had taken away all goods and jewellary and in complian case they have mentioned that she is not a female....she has another relation .....she want to became saint etc.after that file acase in family court for restoration of marriage.sir one side they filled so many case and another vside demanding car and flat lastly ihave filled a dowry case against him in police station. but sir they have manage sp and dsp.sir i am totally disappointed about my life .they are threating me that they will spoil me and my family.sir please me urgent suggestion

dear client file dowry harassment complaint under sec 498-a in police against husband and his family members. u can also file domestic violence case against them for mental torture. file police complaint against them for life threat. for any legal help call me on 9422611385

If police is not hearing you then first approach SSP and DIG and put your representation.

If even then they did not hear you then file a private complaint u/s 153 in court.

You should engage a lawyer, preferably a female lawyer, and take appropriate steps, including filing a complaint under Domestic Violance Act as well as Anti Dowry Law.
