Legal Question in Family Law in

My parents have disowned my brother and his wife in 2007 and tey were staying sperately after that. in july 2008 she filed 498A , DV act against my parents and me. what is the fate of my parents in 498A, as summons have been issued against us now????

Since it is a case pending in courts,you will need to defend properly, preferably by engaging a lawyer in the same courts.
