Hi I am Sabrina Nabi.i was divorcee 2011.from 2011 my baby boy was with my husband.He married 2 times .Now I want my boys custody.Is it possible? I need your advice.my son is 13 years old.My ex will not allow me to meet with my son.i cannot contact with him for one years and 5 month

Obviously, it is possible. Your case seems good as your ex married twice. However there are other criterions that the courts usually consider. Without hearing you I can not comment more. At this moment note that if you are financially capable of maintaining your child and if you are not married you have there is a good chance of getting your child's custody.
