Sir

Husband filed Divorce petition on wrong address and stated that we lived together at the address given ( which is wrong) . I want to file 340 CrPC . Next date of hearing is in jul13. I want to file 340 CrPC Before the Hearing Date.

Q1�Acceptance Or Rejection of 340 CrPC can be done on the date of hearing only.?

OR

It can be Accepted Or Rejected before the date of hearing .

dear client divorce proceeding and proceeding under 340 crprc are different cases. so acceptance or rejection of 340 will not done of divorce hearing date. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
