Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir I m a 40 years old man. I am the only boy child of my widow mother. I arrange married my 30 years old wife 4 years back. We had a boy child of age 2 years. But from the day after marrige, I have been bearing her short tempered nature. She often starts arguing with me and my 70 years old mother on very small maters. Even she do not hassitate to through objects towards me. She never ever look after my old sick mother. Rather she often misbehave my mother. She has been passing most of our married life in har father's home. But She do not like when my sisters visits our home. she wants me to leave my mother and transfer to her city for better job which is not possible for me. Though I am financially not very strong, I always try to fulfill all her and my child needs. She even unable to make a good relation with our neighbourhood. Recently i discovered that she openly shares controversial comments on me and my mother in social networks sites(Facebook and Whatsapp). She share her contact no. With many known/unknown guys. Most shocking is that I even found almost nude pics of her and an unknown guy in her mobile phone. Yet, I very gently ask her to inform her parents to come and leave my home as soon as possible. But she did not inform her parents and rush with my 2 years old baby very next day. Firstly I tried to stop her but finally she left without my permission.

What should I do now? But I do not want to leave my child.

I talked with an advocate, he suggested me to send her a court LEGEL NOTICE giving her 15 days to decide whether she wants to come or seek for drivoce. Sir what you think is it a right discussion? What if she come and repet the same story again? Is there any law using which I can compelled her to obay her duties and respect me and my mother? Thank you.
