Hello sir..
Me and my wife both are citizens of India ( by birth).
We both were woking in same office before marriage. Our engagement was held in delhi with the permission of our parents in Nov.2001. We both went to nepal with our friends and colleagues. In nepal we got married in a local temple . I only have video recording not marriage certificate . When we came back to india, we again get married like arrange marriage (not registered in india ) and living with my parents
Now there is some compatibility problems in our relationship. I want to know that what will be the juridiction in the
Case of divorce.
If she files case of dowry harrasment.
Recovery of stridhan
Maintenance
And custody (child is also born citizen of india)

as you both are citizens of India, the jurisdiction would obviously be courts in India. Nepal has no jurisdiction in this matter as you both got married again in India.
