my wife has filed a case, stating that i have met her cruelty. and wants divorce by mutual consent. she wants Rs 20 lakhs as permenant alimony.

i have filed a case one month before that for restitution. what happens to my case

You may either go for divorce by mutual consent or pursue your RCR.
