Wife filing divorce. Well qualified, more than the husband. Filing divorce telling that husband is not sane. How much will the wife get as alimony? wife will start working after 6 months. doing higher studies and hubby working.

alimony would depend upon your income and the potential of her income. if you could prove that she had better job offers but for her studies, you may end up paying nothing.

She may be entitled to alimony sufficient for maintaining her till she is employed.

in case she has a case that husband is insane, its good for husband. he can avoid maintenance as well as alimony.
