Legal Question in Family Law in India
If a woman divorced her husband from her own end. Can she claim the compensation from his forefather property. I heard that this law is going to come in our constitution.
Can anybody give the detail of this law.

dear client she can claim only maintenance after divorce also. the new act will apply to new marriage and not to previous marriages. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
