Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

hi,

we had a house in a village on my grand mother's name. she trnsferred it to my father in 2004 and my father transferred it to my brother in 2013. my grand mother had 3 sons and 6 daughters. today her daughters claiming a share in that property.that property was actually bought by my grand father on my grand mother's name. today both my father was bedridden. so he is staying with my sister and my grand mother staying at her daughter.my brother giving monthly some money to my grand mother for her maintenance as she rejected to stay with my parents who are staying with my sister. today she is saying that she want to transfer the house to her daughter because she is staying with her. will it be possible. if she did so what shall we do now? what steps will my brother has to take stop such registartion.he requested her many times to stay with us but she refused. every month he is sending money to her

1-mode of transfer has not been given by you it is also not specify by what kind of document the transfer is made,by sale deed, gift deed or other kind of document.whether it was testamentary or non testamentary.If the property is transferred by registered sale to yr brother,only yr brother is only authorized to transfer,If any other person try to transfer it shall be offence u/s 420 ipc.
