My mother a widow,senior citizen [78 years],non divorcee,wants early settelement in my father's property dispute.matter pending in bombay highcourt since 1997.please advice how to get early justice with suitable advocate who can help her.

in any event, you have not mentioned the stage of your case. In case you are looking for a mutual settlement, you may request for mediation. Each high court has a mediation & Cociliation Centre for out of court mutual settlement. You may request for an early hearing in the matter, being a senior citizen.
