Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Sir I did not get any answer at all.I have suited a case for partition,possession &permanent injuction in Tis Hazari court New delhi.I have atteneded first hearing.My deffendent make a request to judge sahib to provide them free legal service.My elder bhabi getting widow pension and his son is working in reputed company.His son has gone to 2times to Canada.My younger Bhabi is getting handsome pension from defence and also getting widow pension and his son is working in reputed company.As you know She will not get 2 Govt. Pension.My younger Sister is getting Interest From M.I.S ( Monthly income scheme) and also performing duty of pathy and getting daily wages.As per Indian constitution they will not be able to get free legal service.How can i stop them for free legal service.
